• Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information. Orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

• Determined by your country’s customs authority.
• The full responsibility of the customer. Pazo Designs does not cover or reimburse any import taxes or customs related fees.

• Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged items only.
• If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs showing the issue.
• Refunds or replacements will be issued once the claim is verified.
• Returns based on change of mind cannot be accepted unless required by UK consumer law.
